My Review
There are no words! There are no words that can describe the awesomeness that is this book! I have never read a book that was so real and so heart-warming! Two kids, cancer kids... found an infinite love with each other, even though their days were numbered, I mean...WOW! I'm 30 years old and I found this book to be so extremely intoxicating... I was reading every minute I had available.
The story follows Augustus and Hazel, two basic teenagers... with cancer. It's captivating how they go along with life and their point of view from a "dying" person's perspective. It's heart breaking for such young people to experience loss and see those around them suffer right along with them. These two found each other, and I'm just gonna stop there. NO SPOILERS! Just be prepared for tears, happiness, sadness and an appreciation for live you never knew you had before.
First book of 2014 and I think it's going to stay at that number one spot for quite a while. It sparked my love for reading again. Thank you John Green!
